Indication

Fexenadine (EOFEN-120) is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and allergic skin conditions e.g. chronic urticaria

Dosage and Method of Administration

Allergic rhinitis
- Children (6-11 years) – the recommended dose of Fexofenadine hydrochloride is 30mg twice daily
- Adults and Children aged 12 years and over – The recommended dose of fexofenadine (EOFEN-120) for adults and children aged 12 years and over is 120mg once daily
Allergic skin conditions, e.g. chronic urticaria
- Children (6-11 years) – the recommended dose of Fexofenadine hydrochloride is 30mg twice daily
- Children under 6 years of age – the efficacy and safety of fexofenadine (EOFEN-120) has not been studied in children under 6
Special risk groups – studies in special risk groups (elderly, renally or hepatically impaired patients) indicate that it is not necessary to adjust the dose of fexofenadine (EOFEN-120) in these patients
